MONDAY
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: sesame noodles with baked tofu, steamed bok choy

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: orange and fennel salad, grilled chicken

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, toast
Lunch: out
Dinner: salad with toasted garbanzos, plums, and feta

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: raspberry scones, tea
Lunch: turkey, brie, and apple melts, salad
Dinner: teriyaki baked salmon, brown rice, Chinese broccoli

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: granola, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: taco salad, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pancakes, bacon, eggs
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: chicken Marbella, Israeli couscous, green beans

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: blueberry muffins, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: waffles, berries, sausages

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, oatmeal raisin cookies
