MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: bringing apache dip to pot luck

TUESDAY
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: chicken Marbella, couscous, asparagus

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, bacon
Lunch: mac & cheese, carrots & celery sticks
Dinner: sour cream and ham noodle bake, roasted green beans, rainbow cupcakes

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bok choy and tofu stif fry, brown rice

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: taco salad, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: green eggs and ham, toast
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: onion soup burgers, watermelon, carrots & celery sticks

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: basil grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, marinated cukes and tomatoes

Extras:
Whole wheat bread
