July 11 – July 17
MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: pulled pork tacos, pica de gallo, black beans

TUESDAY
Breakfast: granola, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, veggies, fruit
Dinner: cornmeal waffles, spiced peaches, yogurt

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: leftover waffles
Lunch: mac & cheese with ham and peas
Dinner: asparagus and tofu with balsamic butter

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: taco salad, fruit

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit, kale chips
Dinner: salt and five spice chicken, rice, steamed bok choy with oyster sauce

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: eibelskiver, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: stir fried beef, ginger, and greens over rice noodles, grilled pineapple

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: pineapple-strawberry crisp, yogurt
Lunch: pita pizzas, salad
Dinner: make your own sushi night

Amish White Bread
