MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs in a nest
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: jalapeno popper burgers, corn on the cob, cucumber salad, trifle

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal with fruit
Lunch: egg and watercress sandwiches, pickles, fruit
Dinner: quick fiery pasta, chopped salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: fruit, yogurt, granola
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit, veggies
Dinner: toasted chickpea salad with plums and feta

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: mac and cheese, hot dogs, fruit, carrots
Dinner: white chicken enchiladas, black beans, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: blueberry pancakes, sausages
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: corn cakes with spinach and prosciutto salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: cornmeal waffles, spiced peaches
Lunch: out
Dinner: flank steak with bloody mary tomato salad, rosemary potato wedges

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: steak sandwiches, fruit, salad
Dinner: pulled pork tacos, pico de gallo, mango and avocado

Extras:
S’mores bars, molasses wheat bread
