meal plan monday

So I feel like kind of a cheater by even posting this.  We’re gone again this weekend (What can I say?  We’re making sure that the gas companies stay in business!) and the husband is away all week.  In all honesty, we’re going to be having a lot of take out and cereal.  I do plan to do some baking with some awesome looking peaches that were delivered by the produce people, but that’s about as ambitious as I will get!
June 6 – June 12
MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bbq chicken, corn on the cob, chopped salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: strawberry rhubarb baked oatmeal, yogurt
Lunch: out
Dinner: taco pizza (probably take out)

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, veggies
Lunch: out
Dinner: spaghetti and meatballs, roasted broccoli and cauliflower,

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: more baked oatmeal and yogurt
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: tuna melts, salad…maybe take out again 😛

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: out

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

Extras:
whole wheat bread, peach pie
