MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: coconut red lentil soup over faro, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, sautéed green beans, marinated cucumbers

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: taco salad, fruit
Dinner: baked lemon sour cream noodles for playgroup potluck

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: carrot, dill, & white bean salad, sautéed spinach with lemon and garlic, homemade bread

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: green tofu smoothies
Lunch: sandwiches, veggies, fruit
Dinner: broccoli, chicken, sun dried tomato, and ricotta pizza, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pancakes, fruit, eggs
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: smoked chicken, potato salad, marinated veggies

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: smoothies, muffins
Lunch: leftovers, salad
Dinner: huevos rancheros, salad

Extras:
Whole wheat bread
