MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: yellow rice with chorizo, chicken, and peas, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: split pea soup, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: taco salad, fruit
Dinner: lentils and brown rice, salad, sautéed zucchini and tomatoes

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit
Lunch: burritos, fruit, veggies
Dinner: bowties with sausage cream sauce, roasted broccoli and cauliflower

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, soup
Dinner: leftovers

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pancakes, fruit. eggs
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: french toast with berries, yogurt
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: out

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, wheat germ apricot muffins, granola bars
