MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bringing spinach-artichoke dip to a dinner play date

TUESDAY
Breakfast: smoothies, wheat germ apricot muffins
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, salad
Dinner: ham, potato, and chard soup

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: super nachos, salad, fruit

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: spicy Thai noodles with tofu and cilnatro

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: taco salad, fruit
Dinner: pulled pork sandwiches, salad, raw veggies and hummus

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: ham, red eye gravy, grits, eggs, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: out or pasta with roasted zucchini, salad

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: french toast casserole, sautéed apples
Lunch: out
Dinner: fennel and salami pizza, salad, fruit
