meal plan monday

I feel a little silly even posting this since it’s really only half a week of meals.  Oh well..stay tuned for more cooking next week!

April 11 – April 17

MONDAY
Breakfast: smoothies, toast
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: rigatoni with kale and white beans, roasted cauliflower

TUESDAY
Breakfast: strawberry and pineapple crisp, yogurt
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: shredded pork tacos, veggies and fruit

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: playgroup potluck

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, fruit
Lunch: cream cheese and jam sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: out

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: granola bars, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

Extras:
Whole wheat honey bread, granola bars
