MONDAY
Breakfast: applesauce oatmeal muffins, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir fry, brown rice, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast
Lunch: taco salad, fruit
Dinner: shrimp scampi, linguine, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: grilled chicken and pineapple quesadillas, salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: black bean soup, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: smoothies
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: pasta with pancetta and leeks, roasted broccoli, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: pulled pork sandwiches, veggie tray

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: baked salmon with lemon relish, sautéed spinach, quinoa
