MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, berries, yogurt
Lunch: soup, salad, fruit
Dinner: onion galette, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: chicken ranch wraps, kale chips, fruit
Dinner: spring risotto, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: creamy ham and noodles, roasted green beans, fruit salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: roasted vegetable pizza, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: quinoa muffins, bruleed grapefruit
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, lentil soup
Dinner: out

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: fruit, yogurt, granola
Lunch: veggie bagel sandwiches, fruit salad
Dinner: linguini with clam sauce, roasted radicchio

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: french toast, berries
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: black bean and quinoa salad, marinated cucumbers

Extras:
Whole wheat honey bread, chocolate chip cookies
