MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: veggie pizza, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs baked with tomatoes and spinach, toast
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: leftovers

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: fish, potatoes, salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: green pancakes, eggs, bacon
Lunch: pita pizzas, salad
Dinner: corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: corned beef hash, fruit
Lunch: salad, sandwiches
Dinner: lentils and rice, roasted cauliflower

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pancakes, sausages, spiced apples
Lunch: quinoa and black beans, salad
Dinner: chicken noodle soup, salad

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: french toast, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: mushroom, spinach, and cheese quesadillas, salad, fruit

Extras:
Oatmeal honey bread, lemon meringue pie, brownies
