MONDAY

Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bringing roasted veggies to a potluck

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: roasted tenderloin, gorgonzola sauce, roasted potatoes, roasted tomatoes

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: salad, sandwiches, kale chips
Dinner: taco salad, fruit

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: applesauce oat muffins, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: Italian tortellini and sausage soup, bread

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: baked cod and chorizo, potatoes, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: apple cinnamon eibelskiver, sausages
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches
Dinner: beef quesadillas with watercress and corn salad, fruit

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: cinnamon roll pancakes, eggs, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: maple roasted pork loin, mashed sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, salad

Extras:
Raspberry cheesecake bites, whole wheat bread
