MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: sour cream enchiladas, salad, fruit

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: baked ziti, roasted broccoli, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: baked eggs with tomatoes and parmesan, bread, spinach salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal with apples and raisins
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: sweet potato lentil stew, salad, bread

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: veggie pizza, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, spiced apples, sausages
Lunch: turkey apple brie sandwiches, butternut squash soup
Dinner: spicy Thai noodles with snow peas and tofu, fruit

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: french toast casserole, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: beef stew with beer and paprika, salad

Extras:
Whole wheat honey bread, chocolate chip cookies
