meal plan monday

Kind of a cop-out this week…one night is a dinner potluck, 4 the girls and I are out of town and the husband is fending for himself.

February 21 – February 27
MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit, yogurt
Lunch: soup, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: bringing mac and cheese to dinner potluck

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, roasted veggies
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: santa fe chicken, brown rice, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: applesauce oatmeal muffins, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: braised short ribs, polenta with blue cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: Italian tortellini soup, bread, salad

Extras:
Peasant loaves, snickerdoodles
