MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs in a nest, cinnamon apples
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: Monte Christos, fruit salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal with berries and yogurt
Lunch: chef salads
Dinner: black bean pumpkin soup, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: chicken stew with biscuits, roasted veggies, salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: blackened catfish, crash hot potatoes, succotash, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, applesauce, yogurt
Lunch: lentil soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, carrots
Dinner: bbq chicken pizza, salad, veggies with hummus

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: Dutch baby with lemon curd and cream, fruit
Lunch: minestrone, sandwiches
Dinner: lentils and sausages, brown rice, salad

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: gingerbread waffles, cranberry compote
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: taco salad, fruit

Extras:
Oatmeal honey bread, granola bars, chocolate chip cookies
