MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: leftovers

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, berries, yogurt
Lunch: salad, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: mushroom-spinach casserole, mashed sweet potatoes, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch:
Dinner: chicken with olives, linguine, salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: taco salad, fruit

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: pizza, salad, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, fruit, sausages
Lunch: out
Dinner: lentils and sausages over brown rice, salad, fruit

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
Lunch: appetizer buffet – jalapeno popper dip, stuffed mushrooms
Dinner: chili, cornbread, veggies, brownies

Extras:
Cinnamon rolls, whole wheat bread, granola bars
