MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: salad, sandwiches
Dinner: gingered butternut squash and carrot soup, goat cheese toasts, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, berries, yogurt
Lunch: leftover soup, sandwiches
Dinner: cinnamon beef noodles, fruit

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: quinoa muffins, yogurt
Lunch: out
Dinner: dinner potluck

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: chef’s salad
Dinner: black bean and sweet potato enchiladas, salad, fruit

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, fruit, veggies
Dinner: orange chicken, chow mein, steamed Chinese broccoli

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, bacon, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: Yucatan beans, brown rice, salsa verde, salad, fruit

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: baked eggs with tomatoes and spinach, toast
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: sweet potato gnocchi with browned butter and sage, salad, fruit

Extras:
Whole wheat honey bread, snickerdoodles, granola bars
