MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: turkey pumpkin chili, cornbread, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: chicken pot pie, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: granola, yogurt, berries
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: linguine with tomato artichoke sauce, salad, roasted green beans

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: tom ka soup, brown rice, steamed boy choy

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: homemade bbq chicken pizza, grilled ceasar salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: Dutch baby with sautéed apples, eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: miso soup with butternut squash, spinach, and poached eggs

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: salad, sandwiches
Dinner: super nachos, salad, fruit

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, chocolate chocolate chip cookies
