Dinner: Mexican pasta bake, salad, fruit

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: leftovers

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: white chili, roasted veggies, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: salad, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: shrimp curry, brown rice, fresh pineapple

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: gingerbread waffles, eggs, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: tilapia with puttanesca sauce, brown rice, roasted green beans

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: eibelskiver, fruit
Lunch: salad, soup, fruit
Dinner: shepherd’s pie, salad

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, oatmeal chocolate cherry cookies, cranberry cherry crisp
