Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, soup
Dinner: Tuscan chicken, quinoa, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: salad, soup
Dinner: Yucatan black beans over brown rice, salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: whole wheat linguine with tuna puttanesca, roasted green beans, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: cheese, fruit, and relish tray with bread or crackers

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, sausages, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: black eyed peas, greens, cornbread

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: huevos rancheros, salad, fruit

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, champagne truffles
