MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: leftovers

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: salad, sandwiches
Dinner: creamy chicken enchiladas, salad, fruit

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, applesauce
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: macaroni and cheese, roasted broccoli and cauliflower

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: veggie and tofu stir fry, brown rice

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal with cranberries
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: lentils and brown rice, roasted veggies, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin waffles,
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: yellow rice with chicken and chorizo, salad

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: pancakes, sausages, eggs, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: butternut squash and pear soup, grilled turkey, brie, and apple sandwiches

Extras:
Sugar cookies, whole wheat bread, chocolate-salted caramel thumbprint cookies
