MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: lentil, coconut, and wilted spinach soup, homemade rolls, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal with cranberries
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: roast chicken with honey roasted root vegetables, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, applesauce, toast
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: white bean and chicken chili, cornbread

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: chorizo and chickpea stew, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin cinnamon rolls, sausages
Lunch: pita pizzas, salad
Dinner: miso soup with butternut squash, poached eggs, and spinach

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: gingerbread waffles, sausages, applesauce
Lunch: grilled cheese and tomato soup, fruit
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin pancakes, eggs, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: spaghetti and meatballs, roasted cauliflower and broccoli

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, chicken stock, candy cane brownie bites
