MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: supreme beef nachos/tacos, salad, carrots and cucumber slices

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup
Dinner: thanksgiving leftover shepherd’s pie

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin oatmeal with cranberries
Lunch: pizza pitas, salad, fruit
Dinner: Tunisian eggplant dip with pita, latkes with sour cream and three fruit sauce, spinach salad, chocolate pudding cake

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: turkey, brie, and apple melts, salad
Dinner: pumpkin black bean soup, cornbread muffins

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin muffins, scrambled eggs, yogurt
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: leftovers

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: ebilskiver, eggs, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: sushi salad, marinated tofu, miso soup

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: breakfast polenta
Lunch: sandwiches, soup
Dinner: tofu broccoli stir fry over brown rice, spicy cucumber salad

Extras:
Honey oatmeal bread, sugar cookies
