MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: lemon herb tilapia, sautéed spinach, quinoa

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, cranberry compote
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: taco salad, avocado slices, mango

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: chicken korma, sautéed spinach and cauliflower, basmati rice

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin cinnamon rolls, yogurt
Lunch: appetizer buffet
Dinner:
Butternut squash and apple soup
Brined turkey with gravy
Apricot and sausage stuffing
Cranberry sauce
Roasted Brussels sprouts
Green beans with citrus and mint
Beet Carpaccio
Parmesan prosciutto mashed potatoes
Sweet potato casserole
Oatmeal honey rolls

Pumpkin pie
Cranberry apple crisp
Chocolate truffle cake
Cinnamon ice cream

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: omelet made with leftover veggies, toast
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, veggies
Dinner: leftovers

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: eibelskiver, bacon, fruit
Lunch: turkey, brie, and apple sandwiches, soup
Dinner: potato cakes, fried eggs, and turkey hash

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin spice pancakes, apple cider syrup, eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: turkey noodles soup, leftover rolls, salad

Extras:
Baguettes, whole wheat bread
