MONDAY
Breakfast: pumpkin oatmeal with cranberries
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: cowboy spaghetti, salad, fruit

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: beans, cornbread, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: cereal, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Tuscan chicken and artichokes, quinoa

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: black bean and quinoa salad
Dinner: lemon pepper tilapia, Greek style spaghetti squash, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: lentil soup, salad
Dinner: buffalo chicken pizza, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pancakes, eggs, sausages
Lunch: sandwiches, soup
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: gingerbread waffles, lemon cream sauce, fruit
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: Cincinnati chili, salad

Extras:
Oatmeal honey bread

Thanksgiving prep:
Butternut squash and apple soup, pie crusts
