MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: taco salad, sliced avocadoes, fresh mangoes and pineapple

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: vegetable soup, cheese toasts
Dinner: cinnamon beef noodles, spicy cucumber salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: smoothies, blueberry muffins
Lunch: lemon pepper tilapia, peas, quinoa
Dinner: crock pot santa fe chicken, brown rice, salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin spice oatmeal with dried cherries and cranberries
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Italian sausage and tortellini soup, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, sautéed tomatoes and mushrooms
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: homemade veggie pizza, salad, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: pumpkin pancakes, eggs, bacon
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: thai turkey lettuce wraps, brown rice, fruit

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: eibelskiver, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches
Dinner: cheater’s paella, salad, fruit

Extras:
Morning glory muffins, whole wheat honey bread, chocolate chip cookies
