MONDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: black bean sweet potato enchiladas, veggies and fruit

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: soup, sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: veggie fried rice, spicy cucumber salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, applesauce
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: out

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: smoothies, pumpkin muffins
Lunch: lentil soup, cheese toasts, veggies and fruit
Dinner: cauliflower and parmesan cake, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, applesauce
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: stuffed pumpkins, bread, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: gingerbread waffles with molasses, spiced apples, sausages
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: white chicken chili, cornbread

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: graze platter – meat, cheese, dip, crackers

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, pumpkin streusel muffins, oatmeal white chocolate cranberry cookies
