MONDAY
Breakfast: pumpkin pie smoothies, cranberry corn muffins
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, vegetable soup
Dinner: tomatoes and white beans, no-knead bread, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, applesauce, yogurt
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, salad
Dinner: creamy Italian chicken, brown rice, salad, fruit

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: Dutch baby, sausages, fruit
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup
Dinner: braised short ribs, mashed carrots and sweet potatoes

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: zuppa Toscana, salad, breadsticks

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: cottage cheese toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: homemade pizza, salad, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, applesauce
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, spiced apples, eggs, sausages
Lunch: grilled turkey, apple, cheese sandwiches
Dinner: pumpkin chili, cornbread, veggies/dip, CANDY

Extras:
Apple pie, oatmeal raisin cookies, granola bars, whole wheat molasses bread
