Meal Plan Monday

Technical difficulties this week…my laptop was brutally murdered by a five year old weilding a glass of water.  This has taught me that I am waaaaaay too dependent on technology! I don’t even really know what my plans are this week because it was all in my Outlook calander. Waaaah.

October 18 – October 24

Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit, veggies
Dinner: lemon pepper tilapia, sauteed spinach, quinoa, salad

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: vegetable soup, cheese toast, fruit
Dinner: creamy orzo with chicken and peppers, roasted cauliflower

Breakfast: cottage cheese toasts, fruit
Lunch: turkey wraps, salad
Dinner: lentils and brown rice, salad, roasted broccoli

Breakfast: pumpkin spice oatmeal
Lunch: lentil and rice burritoes, salad, fruit
Dinner: sloppy joes, whole wheat buns, salad, fruit, sweet potato fries

Breakfast: smoothies, apple spice muffins
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bowties with spicy sausage, peppers, and tomatoes, salad, fruit

Breakfast: baked eggs with tomatoes and parmesean, toast
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

Breakfast: out
Lunch: out
Dinner: leftovers
