October 11 – October 17

MONDAY

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: vegetable soup, sandwiches

Dinner:  spicy tofu noodles, cucumber salad, mandarin oranges

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast:  oatmeal, applesauce, yogurt

Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, salad

Dinner: white bean, potato, and ham soup, homemade rolls

 

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast:  yogurt, granola, fruit

Lunch:  leftovers

Dinner: veggie, rice, and cheese supreme, salad,

 

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: french toast, eggs, fruit

Lunch: lentil soup, salad

Dinner: santa fe crock pot chicken, brown rice, salad

 

FRIDAY:

Breakfast: cottage cheese toast, fruit

Lunch: turkey wraps, salad

Dinner: taco pizza, salad

 

SATURDAY:

Breakfast: pumpkin spice oatmeal

Lunch:  soup, sandwiches

Dinner: creamy crescent casserole, roasted cauliflower and broccoli, salad

 

SUNDAY:

Breakfast: eibelskivers, fruit, eggs

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner:  custard filled cornbread, sausages, cinnamon apples

 

 

Extras:

Butterscotch cookies, spiced apple bread, granola bars

 

These are all cookbook recipes, so I’ll have to try to post the ones we like best later this week!
