MONDAY
Breakfast: pumpkin spice oatmeal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: baked macaroni and cheese with ham and peas, baked acorn squash, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, applesauce
Lunch: grilled turkey, apple, and Dubliner sandwiches, chicken soup
Dinner: pumpkin chili, carrots and cucumbers

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: baked eggs with tomato and spinach
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: taco salad, sliced mango and avocado

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, applesauce
Lunch: quesadillas, fruit, veggies
Dinner: split pea soup, salad, homemade rolls

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: soft boiled eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: veggie stir fry over brown rice
Dinner: enchiladas, Mexican chopped salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: brown rice pudding with dried fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: chicken Marbella, whole wheat couscous, roasted veggies

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: eibelskiver, fruit, bacon
Lunch: sandwiches, vegetable soup
Dinner: beans and cornbread, salad

Extras:
Whole wheat molasses bread, banana coconut muffins, chocolate whoopie pies
