September 27 – October 3

MONDAY

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner:  baked ham, roasted asparagus, braised cabbage

TUESDAY

Breakfast:  oatmeal, fruit

Lunch: ham sandwiches, fruit, marinated cukes and tomatoes

Dinner: lentil, sausage, and vegetable soup

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast: ham, eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: dinner potluck for mom’s group

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: zucchini muffins, yogurt, fruit

Lunch: sandwiches, soup

Dinner: eggs baked in parmesean tomato sauce, fruit, toast

FRIDAY:

Breakfast:  yogurt, fruit, granola

Lunch: spinach salad with ham, poached eggs and warm shallot dressing

Dinner:  chicken and sweet potato salad

SATURDAY:

Breakfast: pumpkin spice waffles with molasses, sausages, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: creamy ham and noodles, salad, roasted broccoli

SUNDAY:

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: boeuf bourguignon, parslied potatoes, salad

Extras:

Sticky toffee pudding cupcakes, whole wheat honey oat bread
