MONDAY

Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit

Lunch: turkey sandwiches, veggies, fruit

Dinner:  tilapia and quinoa with cucumber and feta, salad

TUESDAY

Breakfast:  pumpkin spice oatmeal, yogurt

Lunch: turkey wraps, salad

Dinner: crock pot Tuscan chicken and artichokes, salad, leftover quinoa

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: beef and broccoli stir fry, brown rice, oranges

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit

Lunch: vegetable soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit

Dinner: lentils and sausage, brown rice, salad

FRIDAY:

Breakfast: pumpkin muffins, smoothies

Lunch: leftovers, fruit and veggies

Dinner:  black bean and sweet potato enchiladas, salad

SATURDAY:

Breakfast:  applesauce pancakes, sausages, yogurt

Lunch: out

Dinner: Bombay sloppy joes, cucumbers and tomatoes, spiced sweet potato fries

SUNDAY:

Breakfast: oven pancake with peach compote, sausages

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: penne with pumpkin chorizo sauce, roasted cauliflower and broccoli

Extras:

Whole wheat bread, chocolate chip cookies, granola bars
