MONDAY

Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: chicken and yellow rice with chorizo, salad

TUESDAY

Breakfast:  pumpkin spice oatmeal, yogurt

Lunch: turkey wraps, salad

Dinner: curried tofu noodle pot, cucumber salad

WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast: baked apples, yogurt

Lunch: roasted tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches

Dinner: custard filled cornbread, sausages, apple compote

THURSDAY:

Breakfast: leftovers

Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, vegetable soup

Dinner: taco salad, sliced mangoes and avocadoes

FRIDAY:

Breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, fruit

Lunch: cream cheese and jam sandwiches, fruit, carrots

Dinner:  pasta with artichokes and tomatoes, salad, roasted broccoli

SATURDAY:

Breakfast:  eggs, toast, roasted veggies

Lunch: out

Dinner: out

SUNDAY:

Breakfast: out

Lunch: out

Dinner: out

Extras:

Multi grain bread, chocolate chip cookies
