September 6 – September 12


Breakfast: smoothies, pumpkin spice muffins

Lunch: turkey sandwiches, carrots, cucumbers, chips

Dinner: blue cheese burgers, marinated veggies, baked sweet potato fries


Breakfast:  eggs, toast, fruit

Lunch: soup, salad

Dinner: broccoli and tofu stir fry over brown rice, citrus salad


Breakfast: pumpkin spice oatmeal

Lunch: grilled apple and brie sandwiches, salad

Dinner: sausage and tortellini soup, salad


Breakfast: baked eggs with spinach and tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, toast

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: chicken orzo skillet dinner, salad, roasted cauliflower


Breakfast: overnight Irish oatmeal in the crock pot

Lunch: sandwiches, salad

Dinner:  black bean chipotle chili, cornbread, salad


Breakfast:  ham steaks, red eye gravy, grits, cinnamon apples

Lunch: chef’s salad

Dinner: chili dogs, carrots, celery, radishes


Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit

Lunch: graze platter – cheese, crackers, apples, olives, meats, etc.

Dinner: chai cherry pork chops, roasted potatoes, roasted broccoli, salad


Whole wheat bread, sugar cookies
