I just saw the gnocchi mac and cheese on Noble Pig last week and and dying to give it a try – you will have to let me know how it is! Also, would you be willing to share your lentil soup recipe? Little miss has decided that she loves it, and I am not a fan of canned soups, so told her I will make it from now on… 🙂

Shelly – this is the lentil soup recipe I like best: The cider vinegar at the end really is the trick. YUM!
