the freezer clean-out continues!

June 7 –June 13

MONDAY
Breakfast: fruit, cottage cheese, toast
Lunch: taco salad
Dinner: black bean chipotle chili, cornbread, salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: lentil soup, cheese toasts, veggies
Dinner: out

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, berries
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, salad
Dinner: smoked chickens, potato salad, warm red cabbage salad

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: smoothies, muffins
Lunch: chicken salad sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: caramelized onion tart, arugula salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, berries, yogurt
Lunch: lentil soup and cheese toast, veggies
Dinner: red beans and rice, salad, fruit

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, toast, fruit
Lunch: turkey sandwiches, chips, fruit
Dinner: chili dogs, veggies, fruit salad

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: chocolate chip pancakes, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: out
Dinner: chicken penne bake, salad, broccoli

Extras:
Amish White Bread, granola bars, oreo cupcakes, pumpkin spice muffins
