the monday meal plan

May 10, 2010

Joel is gone all week, so we are having kid friendly food. For those of you with partners who travel – do you find that you don’t really cook when they are gone? My kids actually aren’t picky, but they barely eat an adult serving between them and I just can’t be bothered to only cook for two!

And yes, we’re having asparagus and fingerling potato pizza again…it’s the best pizza I’ve made in a long time – you should all try it!
