Dinner: shrimp and grits, raw cut up veggies

Lunch: black bean and quinoa taco salad, raw veggies
Dinner: shepherd’s pie, salad

Breakfast: smoothies
Lunch: chef salad
Dinner: white bean and chicken chili, raw veggies

Breakfast: breakfast pizza, fruit salad
Lunch: sandwiches, salads
Dinner: vegetable and bean soup

Breakfast: baked french toast casserole, fruit salad, sausages
Lunch: out
Dinner: out

Whole wheat sandwich bread, pink cupcakes
