MONDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, carrots, celery sticks
Dinner: stuffed zucchini, spinach salad, apricot tart

TUESDAY
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, toast
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: rigatoni with white beans and chard, salad

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: fried eggs with greens and mushrooms, french bread

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: baked french toast, fruit
Lunch: salad, sandwiches
Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir fry, brown rice

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: baked oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad
Dinner: spicy pulled pork tacos, salad

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, fruit, eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: crab, corn on the cob, potatoes, salad

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, granola
Lunch: out
Dinner: risotto primavera, salad

Extras:
Whole wheat honey bread, chocolate strawberry mousse cake, white chocolate smore gooey bars
