MONDAY

Dinner: chicken enchiladas, salad, mango slices

TUESDAY
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: turkey meatloaf, mashed cauliflower, roasted green beans

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: banana bread, yogurt, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit
Dinner: pumpkin black bean tortilla soup, salad, fruit

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: linguine with lemon, radicchio, and crab, salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, fruit
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches, soup, fruit
Dinner: out

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: waffles, bacon, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: black bean smothered sweet potatoes, roasted

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: baked eggs with tomatoes and parmesean, toast
Lunch: quesadillas, fruit, salad
Dinner: Doro Wat

Extras:
Whole wheat bread, peppermint snickerdoodles
